April 2018"Three-Part Harmony"
We are thrilled to announce that our Martin's Cove project is featured in the new May/June 2018 Issue of New England Home! This mid-century home was originally built for the Talbot family (famous for their clothing brand) in the early 50s and has since gone through three disjoined additions. -
April 2018"The List"
All of the LDa principals were featured in the April 2018 Issue of Boston Common Magazine in a section called "The List". It's a little mysterious as to how people get picked to be on the list, but from what we can tell it's a place where the magazine acknowleges people who are doing something special/different in their community, but it's all a little ambiguous. -
March 2018"An Ancient Approach"
We are very excited to announce that our Blue Hills project was featured in the March/April 2018 issue of Design New England! Our clients approached us with a entirely new challenge for LDa – to design a new home utilizing the principles and geometry of Vastu Shastra, a traditional Hindu system of architecture – while also incorporating elements of traditional New England architecture and modern design. October 2017Before and After: A Newton Kitchen Gets a Stunningly Sleek Upgrade
Our Modern Mosaic kitchen was featured on Boston Magazine's website this week! We're excited to finally share this project with you all because of the story behind this space. This renovation was much-needed for it's growing family of five, and the former kitchen just wasn't cutting it. -
