LDa provided interior design services for Imara Inc., a company that develops therapeutics for people living with sickle cell, and other blood-related diseases. After outgrowing their old office, our clients wanted the new design to be contemporary and spirited, to better reflect the evolution of the company and their responsibility for helping others.
In tandem with providing an efficient layout, both LDa and Imara collaborated to make sure that all guests would be provided with a unique user experience upon entering. Visitors are greeted at reception with a custom-made interactive wall where they sit and write their concerns, victories, or frustrations to be displayed. The finishes and furniture chosen are sleek and crisp, accented with pops of deep reds, cool greys, and watercolor wallpaper to create a space that is lively yet functional. The overall mission was to create a space that inspires the research within, and reminds employees of the true cause they are fighting for.
