Architectural Project Manager
LDa Architecture & Interiors LLP is seeking a Project Manager who will join us as we grow and expand our practice across multiple sectors. LDa’s mission is to pursue design that improves the quality of life for our clients. We design collaboratively and follow a philosophy of finding balance between the often competing goals that shape the architectural design and construction process. We seek solutions that are at once creative, thoughtful and inspirational; these solutions are also appropriately scaled, right for the budget, and comprehensively sustainable. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working collaboratively with LDa Principals and design teams, serve as Project Manager for projects ranging in size and type, with a focus on institutional and multi-family work
- Mentor junior staff members
- Support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts
- Participate in project interviews
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Skills
- Strong design and project management skills
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organization, attention-to-detail, and oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Creative problem-solving
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
Experience & Education
- 10 -15 years of architectural work experience
- Multi-family and institutional design experience required
- Experience with adaptive reuse & historic structures required
- Residential design experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
- Architectural licensure in Massachusetts strongly preferred
- Advanced training, education, and/or certification in historic preservation is a plus
