The Archer Residences

The Archer Residences

Beacon Hill, MA

LDa was asked to become a member of the design team tasked with renovating and combining two former Suffolk University buildings into approximately 62 luxury condominium units.

Located at 45 Temple Street, the residences are next to the Massachusetts State House and steps away from many of Beacon Hill’s finest dining destinations, quaint shops, and historic landmarks. The Archer has 32 different floor plans spread over seven stories. Units boast ceiling heights of up to to 16 feet, and many retain the massive original windows. With a choice of two distinctive interior palettes, owners can purchase units with Waterworks fixtures in the bathrooms, Wolf and Sub Zero appliances in the kitchens, Carrara marble sinks and flooring, deep crown moldings, five-inch rift oak flooring, innovative lighting, integrated smart home features.

The homes, ranging from about 1,100 sf to more than 3,000 sf will offer an unparalleled downtown living experience. When completed, the full-service building will have underground valet parking and nearly 6,000 sf of amenities, including a fitness and wellness center, play room, concierge services, and a roof deck with views of surrounding neighborhoods.
